DIVINART is an entertainment service. Readings are generated for reflection and enjoyment and are not professional, medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. A full reading costs $40 USD (one-time; not a subscription). A limited-time launch promotion may offer 90% off ($4) through special promotional links. You must be 18 or older. All sales are final — no refunds once a reading is opened. Readings are shown on screen — we do not email readings. By purchasing, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

DIVINART ("we," "us") operates the website at divinart.co. For any privacy request, contact us at 308artcrew@gmail.com.

2. Information we collect

To create your reading and manage your account, we collect:

Account info from Google Sign-In: your name and email address.
Reading inputs you provide: date of birth, time of birth, calendar type, region, name, and the optional profile details you choose to enter (e.g., gender, identity, relationship status, area of concern, occupation). Some of these may be considered sensitive; you provide them voluntarily and only to generate your reading.
Technical data: basic device/browser information and timestamps.

3. How we use it

To generate and display your personalized reading.
To operate, secure, and improve the service during the beta.
To contact you about your reading or the service.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. How it is stored & shared

Your data is stored using Supabase (database & authentication) and served via Vercel. Sign-in is handled by Google. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing.

5. Data retention & deletion

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing 308artcrew@gmail.com, and we will respond within a reasonable time.

6. Your privacy rights (US / California)

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold, to request its deletion or correction, and to opt out of sale or sharing (we do not sell or share). California residents have these rights under the CCPA/CPRA. To exercise any right, contact 308artcrew@gmail.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

7. Children

DIVINART is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

8. Terms of Use

By using DIVINART you agree that the service is provided "as is" for entertainment, without warranties, and that we are not liable for decisions made based on a reading. During the closed beta, features may change or be unavailable. Continued use after changes to this policy means you accept the updated terms.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
